Drying cabinets for clothes and shoes of RANGER-8B are designed for drying wet clothes and shoes, pre-wringing is not required.
The cabinet is a metal body with a frame structure. The body is divided in width into a section for drying clothes with two doors that can be closed with a bolt lock, and a section for drying shoes that can also be closed with a bolt lock. At the back of the shoe section there is a built-in heating unit that pumps warm air into both the clothing section and the shoe section.
There is a meshy shelf for hats and a crossbar for hangers in the clothes drying section. RANGER-8B model has two crossbars for hanging body armor in the section for drying body armor in two tiers.There are removable pipes inside the shoe section on which shoes are hung for drying.
There are holes for air outlet in each section of the cabinet cover. Flanges for connection to an external ventilation system are included.
The heating unit is a welded structure made of sheet steel. The heating unit consists of: two cross fans, two needle mica heaters, two temperature control sensors and two electronic control units. Control buttons, digital and light indication of operating modes are located on the front surface at the top of the cabinet. As a protection against overheating, hot-melt fuses are used (without return to the initial point).
