Drying cabinets for clothes of HOTBOX-22M-600 models are designed for drying wet clothes and shoes, pre-wringing is not required.
Structurally, the cabinet consists of two basic elements: the upper part of the cabinet body and the lower stand with a built-in heating unit. The upper part of the body is connected to the stand by means of standard hardware.
The upper part of the body is closed by two doors, one of which has a postal lock that locks both doors at the same time. Inside, the upper part of the body is equipped with six removable meshy shelves. One can put mittens, hats or shoes on the shelves for drying. Clothes hangers can also be hung on the meshy shelves.
There is an air outlet in the cabinet cover. А flange for connection to an external ventilation system is included.
The lower stand of the cabinet is a frame structure consisting of front and rear panels made of sheet steel, two side and one lower frame made of shaped pipe. The front panel has a built-in heating unit.
The heating block consists of: a cross fan, a needle-shaped mica heater and electronic control unit. Control buttons and light indication of operating modes are located on the front side of the heating unit. As a protection against overheating, a hot-melt fuse is used (without return to the initial point).
The frame design of the lower stand enhances the strength and rigidity of the cabinet, which makes it possible to carry or move it, in addition, the open space on the sides makes it possible to clean the floor under the cabinet.
